Yes, that’s right. After January 15th, 2009, apparently TV Tokyo decided, hey, we’ll stream it online for free since you guys have been ripping it and subbing it externally and put them on YouTube anyway… So the quality is medium, but it’s better than YouTube, and they’re actually trying to catch up to their Japanese counterpart! And when they do catch up, paid subscriber will be able to pay a minimum fee and watch them 1-hr after their japanese release, and free viewers can watch them a week later.
I mean, I’ll take a week, sure. It’s free, it’s legal, and it’s subbed nicely only a week away from actual Japanese release!
Now if only they get those damn fillers done and away!

They are streamed through Joost and so it’s streamed through your browser at slightly-better-than-YouTube quality (embedding available), or you can download the Joost program and enjoy it in higher quality!
I’m excited the most because it’s Naruto, not because it’s my favourite Anime (well, it’s close), but because it’s a LOT of people’ favourite anime… and it’s FREE! One might dare say, it’s a revolution
