Well, since I am getting married and my better half does consider me as a full-fledge Geek… this article should be interesting…

Short list and my personal comments:
- Punning – naah, I don’t do that that often….
- Using “frak,” or Klingon, or both, instead of regular swear words – well yes, frak or freak or fuzz is much better, no?
- Weird or over-the-top ways of celebrating mainstream holidays – this I don’t do.
- Dissecting Movies – ok, this I do. I do it too much sometimes she fell asleep during my speech and I didn’t even realize it.
- Wearing obscurely geeky T-shirts to “normal” places - What’s wrong with T-shirts?
- Requiring extra room in the house for geeky things - But of course!
- Geeky toys and decorations can be hard to explain to kids – I don’t care. If they can’t understand it, then they shouldn’t touch it.
- Looking up information while a discussion/argument is still in progress – What?? What’s wrong with this??
- Needing to watch certain TV shows ASAP to avoid spoilers - Good point. My anime hunger can’t be ignored.
- Geeky projects that take over the house and whole weekends – Well what else do you do on weekends?
