anyway, here’s an interesting article on how the brain processes speeches: http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2009/10/speaking-brain/

And here’s one to show that Olympic medals are made from recycled circuit board…. oh the irony (sport vs geeks?)

Google seems to finally jumpstart its much rumoured e-book store. Coming not only to the web, it will also be available to download to any e-book reader device (such as Amazon’s Kindle). Seriously, after the succesfull search engine, solid email, even a spunky browser among its biggest arsenal of services, (no, I won’t even mention the google phone)(guess I did…) now it’s going toe-to-toe with Amazon on reaching out to one of the most bandwidth-heavy-tech-savvy consumer based; the e-book readers. Nice. Should I buy some Google stocks now?

On another news, to much of the delight of Microsoft fans, Microsoft might be ready to open their physical store along with the launch of the eagerly waited Windows 7. Too bad it’ll be in US though… I would, just for the heck of it, drive and check it out if it’s somewhere in Canada ;)   *pokeMicrosoft*

Yet, I see no comments… lol…. Again, if you guys ever read this post, I would like to apologize and invite you to drop another comment or two :)

And again, their book, Culture Shock Jakarta is one of the most entertaining book I’ve ever read.
